P.O.D. Day 2 – New Olympiad Resolutions
What was I thinking turning on the TV?
I knew what would be on there! That was stupid.
The Olympics were inspiring! I need to use the energy it gave me and use it for good! No more daytime TV…
Pick yourself up man!
YEAH!!! That’s it, it feels like a new year, a fresh start. Normally it’s a feeling you get after Henley but thanks to the Olympics we’re all suffering from D.O.N.S. (Delayed Onset of New Year Syndrome.)
I’m going to be fitter & stronger… I’m going to take the stage and inspire a generation!
One Nation, One Team… One Man…
Screw it, I’m going to start rowing again, I’m not that unfit. It’s won’t take me that long to get back up to speed…
In fact I’m going to PB on the ergo. 2K, 5K & 30min – the holy trinity… targets are good.
And I’m going to start running, every morning! I’m definitely going to do that.
Oh, and Fresh food, Oh yeah, I’m going to open an account at Whole Foods and treat my body like a temple with nuts and fish and stuff… I’m going to be a much better person.
I am totally, definitely, 100% going to do all these things that I couldn’t be arsed to do two weeks ago. Totally.
I’ll probably start tomorrow.

There’s no point doing it if you’re not enjoying it? Right? Am I right?
